Brown Book

I started this book in 2014. I found it at Dick Blick in San Francisco. It has paper the color of a paper bag. The first couple of pages I sampled different colored pencils, inks and watercolor. The paper was susceptible to bleed on the back side. I decided to do all my artwork on the right side of the page.

This picture and the three below were inspired by a road trip from
Fort Worth, Tx to San Francisc, Ca

After watching some video games I came up with some characters.

This is the beginning of 2015

My 5 year old grandson guest artist in my book

A child's drawing book by Ed Emberley inspired these two pages

Clothes Pin Fun

I found some very old clothes pins and wanted to do something with them. After lurking around Pinterest I found some fun little people made with the same style pins. I painted fronts and backs. They reside for now in a clear squatty vase.

Landscapes

I have an obsession with 4x4 size art. Here are some watercolor landscapes I painted

Postcard Art

These watercolors are postcard size (4x6). Maybe one will show up in your mailbox.

Blue altered book

I did start this book in 2014 but I finished it this year. So far it is the only altered book I have completed.
