A Jolly Halloween

I love children board books. They have very sturdy surfaces to work on. This piece was published last year in Somersett studio's Holiday and celebration magazine. I plan to post a different Halloween artwork every week this month.
I found a book that had house shapes for its pages. I took the whole thing apart and configured it to be bi-fold. One side is for more for children with black cats and pumkins. Tags have recipes for goodies from my child hood Halloween, popcorn balls and caramel apples. The other side is more grown up.
